Netflix is stealing from me and most likely others

In June I signed up for a free trial of Netflix. I NEVER received a movie so I cancelled the service.in July I was chartged $17.30. I called in and explained the situation and was promised that the service would be cancelled... Again and the $17.30 would be refunded.

I was charged again yesterday. I again called in and explained the situation and was told... Again that the service would be cancelled and that the August charge would be refunded but NOT the July charge. I requested a supervisor and was transfered to someone named Jud. He refused to give his last name or employee number or any other way to identify him. He told me that I had never called or cancelled the account so they were not refunding the July charge.

He was extremely rude and condesending. When I asked for his supervisor he told me he did not have one. He said that he did not report to anyone. So I of course asked him if he owned the company. I was was charged for goods I NEVER received and in my opinion this amounts to THEFT. If Netflix is so hard up and unscrupulous that they are charging people and not sending the movies then everyone should know it. I will deal with my bank and get my money back but I am certain that I am not the only one out there that this is happening to and I intend to tell everyone I can, on every forum, that I can about this dis-honest practice.
