I ordered the free 30 trial of Netflix in Sept and chose to cancel in October. Thought I was all set until by chance I was looking at my statements this month... They have been charging me 7.99 since October even though I cancelled... When I called customer service, they nicely said it was my responsibility to check my account and make sure the service was cancelled. Sounds like they depend on people not double checking to see if Netflix actually did the cancellation and quietly continue to charge the customer's account. Its very deceiptful... Shame on them.
