We bought tickets from tickets my way, they gave us a confirmed order over the internet 6 days before the show with extra next day shipping fee (our choice). Tickets never arrived. We called the same day, was told that sometimes processing of the tickets might be delayed according to what time you made the purchase., "so call tomorrow if you don't receive them".
Next day comes, no tickets! We made seveal phone calls! Finally, somebody tells us that the tickets are not coming, somehow the computer didn't erase the seats before we made our purcase?! Great! So tickets my way feels horrible and wants to try to getus different tickets. That would be great! They call us back the next day and say we got better seats and it will cost 100 dollars more. We were thrilled! We confirmed it over the phone and was assured the tickets would arrive monday (1 day before the show) we begged them for a tracking # which we never received.
And on monday, no tickets, and then they actually called us back to let us know that there wasn't any tickets coming and to be honest they were going to have to use ticket master at this point. Sorry, but this was a long drawn out ordeal that dissappointed some anxious people! Beware!
