Duncan published a court document but failed to publish the rebuttal that was sent in by the owner, enclosed is the letter from the true owner of unique castings letter from an actual attorney that has now been hired to sue duncan and her crony ed arenas for trying to extort the owner and embezzle funds and the name of the company. Duncan made no claim to this name whatsoever the whole time that it was registered to her only when she realized how much money the owner put in did she actually try to get hold of the company.
She directed the owner to hide the assignment papers and to mail them back immediatly to her, she then filed fraudulent papers with the uspto stating that she was removing arenas from the tardemark when she actually needed to surrender the trademark to the owner and replace her name and arenas name with the owner in exchange for her being set up and having the ability to practice as a casting director. The owner sent a team to her facility to set her up only they discovered that it was a scene out of deliverance. Barbed wire, killer dogs, and a gun toting kay duncan already to be a casting director.
The owner paid for his team to set her up with a web site and the software that hge had created. Within a week of her having her site up she booked a film which the owner and the miami florida office negotiated for her. Once she got her signed contract, she like ed arenas tried to steal the whole company purely because she doesnt have a damn pot to piss in.instead of reselling power washers and used guns she figured she would just beat the owner out of his investment in her office and run with it. Even after she was willing and literally threw poor ed arenas under the bus.
She got the editor of this report to remove her on a technicality of trademark infringement, she lied and denied ever writing the "sociopoath" article about arenas, and lkike arenas she too now is playing the poor victim. What makes matters worse is that she dragged her poor unsuspecting boyfriiend into this mess to be part of a law suit. The owner has advised me that eventually everything will take care of itself and that justice will prevail. Mrs duncan you dont know who you picked a fight with, ed arenas you knew who you picked a fight with but are too stupid to admit that your wroing so out of pride your going to get buried.
My friend the owner is probably one of themost stand up people anyone would ever want to meet. Why arenas who was literally homeless and destitute would decide to lie and insult himand steal the pain and gain film was shocking to all who witnessed it, it was just plain stupidity, and for you duncan with your cowardly letter writing and calling and screaming about trademark fraud your in a heap loads of trouble, your taped converasations should prove to be a very interesting in court, your texts and your emails directing the owner to do your bidding should substantiate how maniacle sneaky and devious you actually are.
If you had a logical pea in your cumulative brains you would be better served to have communicated your grievances and solved it together and worked things out, arenas should have done the right thing and paid the owner back, for all the jail and the tickets and lawyers that werer hired to make him stable and give him somthing he had lost years ago, a drivers kicence, ed arenas, kay duncan, you deserve everything that is coming your way. If i was you id ask his attorneys or the owners forgiveness and try to negotiate a term that would allow you to exist and work but i guess that would be like asking a bearto s*t in the toilet, more poestings to come, enclosed is the letter form the attorney in florida, the othe rattorney in north carolina has been retained and will be posted soon.

Dear Ms. Duncan:
My office represents George Grafis and Unique Casting Partners, LLC ("Unique Casting Partners.") I am in receipt of your letter to Unique Casting Partners dated May 14. You identify yourself as the sole registered owner of the "Unique Casting" trademark and further demand that Casting Partners cease and desist from all use of the trademark. Please be advised that your demands are refused. As you are well aware, Mr. Grafis has equitable ownership of the trademark based upon your
recent agreement with him.
In April of Mr. Grafis informed you that Casting Partners had acquired all of the business interests of Edwin Arenas. Mr. Arenas was registered as the co-owner of the trademark at the time Mr. Grafis acquired his interests and his acquisition includes all rights to the Unique Casting trademark. You entered into a verbal agreement with Mr. Grafis and Casting Partners, pursuant to which Casting Partners provided you with the installation and use of its proprietary casting software and offered a contractual arrangement to help you develop your casting business. Representatives of Unique Casting Partners travelled to your offices in North Carolina to install the software and discuss further business arrangements among the parties.in return for the software and other contractual considerations, you agreed to add Mr. Grafis as a registered co-owner of the trademark.
On May 8, shortly after receiving the software and entering into the agreement with Unique Casting Partners, you formed a company named Unique Casting, Inc.By filing articles of incorporation in North Carolina. However, instead of honoring your promises and business obligations, you have instead chosen to falsely identify yourself as the sole owner of the Unique Casting trademark rights and to wrongfully assert rights to the exclusive use of the trademark. Your recent letter and the clams made therein are therefore entirely without merit.in furtherance of your dishonest scheme, you have intentionally interfered with the marketing operations and business of Unique Casting Partners by contacting FaceBook and engineering through misdirection and misinformation the shut-down of business advertising pages developed by Unique Casting Partners. As a result, Unique Casting Partners has incurred and continues to incur damages for which your company is liable and for which you are personally liable.
Please be advised that Unique Casting Partners demands that you immediately cease all fraudulent activity and that you immediately take all steps necessary to include Mr. Grafis as registered co-owner of the Unique Casting trademark. Furthermore you must immediately contact the appropriate personnel at FaceBook and accomplish the restoration of any and all business pages which you have disrupted. Your failure to properly respond to these demands will result in the filing and prosecution by Mr. Grafis and Unique Casting Partners of legal claims against you and your company. I urge you to contact me immediately to resolve these issues.
