Concert tickets $388.00 vs. $80.00 for the same seats.internet

I do not understand how ConcertTicketCenter.com can sell tickets for $388.00 when the actual concert site sells the same seats for $80.00. The tickets do not go on sale to the public until June 2.
How can this be?
I feel either stupid or taken advantage of.
