Great Service! So far - stubhub customer service

I'm still pretty skeptical about the site due to the reviews...
My roommate bought 4 Skrillex (concert) tickets for myself and friends back in October, YES overpriced but it was also SOLD OUT. Sellers determine prices. Anyway, even though it was e-download it totally worked fine (most ticketmaster tickets are like that now, or can be, because it's easier to keep them, not loose them, and cheaper!):]
Now, I just spent $205 and some change on 2 Refused tickets in NYC, as I'm from Maine I have to pay for transportation, and I'll probably make a weekend trip out of it just because it's gonna cost money anyway, why not throw more in? Haha. Anyway, the event is in over 2 months and the tickets even though I paid for 2-day shipping won't be recieved until April 16, about a week before the event. Honestly, I don't care about the arrival date as long as they are REAL TICKETS! With the amount of money and effort I'm pouring into it, at least. Anyway, I emailed them this morning and less than an hour ago a GREAT service rep called me and we talked about the issue, she told me that the tickets were actually from a large ticketbroker and that they weren't from some small first-time seller/well-experienced scammer, and that the ticketbroker/large company has been using stubhub for quite a while, have a GREAT reputation with almost no complaints (the only tickets they cancel are events that are canceled!). When she told me that I felt SO relieved; I don't mind that I'll recieve them later (because they're a large broker they apparently don't receive the tickets until near the event date). It made me so happy to find that out, and of course that my tickets would be garaunteed (however I know there's only so much to do, THEY don't have the tickets. But they have a good relationship with that large ticketbroker, apparently over 325 sales in either the last month (or 3) or since the year began!) I forget, but still, that's great! The customer service rep was just so nice, I remember she's a female and in college like myself, and I have a partime minimum wage job so obviously me investing so much money is IMPORTANT that it works out! She completely understood, and gosh was just so nice on the phone! She even said that if I'm still nervous about the tickets, I can get a credit with the site for my previous tickets and receive ones with an earlier shipping date! So happy, but I WILL update this once I recieve my tickets and once I'm at the venue if it all works out (or not... Hopefully does!): D
Also yes the tickets can be overpriced, way above face value; but honestly a sold out show is a sold out show, the only way to get tickets is to pay top dollar. And this isn't horrible
