Are these people enployees, is he a booking agent. How do companys like him and balloon creation.com continue to send out the same people over and over and not have to follow employee laws. The rest of us no if we use the same people that we are booking, this is a enployee. OK so lets say he is a booking agent, then he gets 12% no more and has all the responsiblity for there work. As long as he has it straight with the people who work for him and the State, thats all that matters. My concern is that is not the case. Someone needs to look at all of this, it has been my experience that the owners take more then a talent agent, over 30 percent and take no responsiblity for the work. Who is responsible for that train, that he is sending kids out on. Just questions that need to be looked at. I honetly do not no the ansers. It looks fishy to me, I hope he answers with facts, parents have the right to no.
