I called the metro entertainment for tickets to a van halen concert they took 461.62 out of my account I then got a phone call denying that I payed them this money and that my tickets were being cancelled. I called my bank and then found out there were 7 pre authorizations on my account from metro this bad company even refused to take the blame well now I would NEVER go thru that company again. They in no way were professional constantly hanging up on me the supervisor Amanda biggest bitch very unprofessional way to go every call Ticket Maste
