Site said unlimited movies were $2 and some change per month and I was charged over $40.00.internet

1. Company falsely stated that unlimited movies were two dollars and some change per month and I found out I was charged over $40.00.

2. Company stated that it had 24/7 phone service. No telephone number is listed.

3. No instructions given for downloading a movie. So if you find what you are looking for, you have no idea what to do.

4. Title search does not work properly.

5. Password does not work properly and although there is a forget password function, it does not send your password to your e-mail as it is supposed to do.

6. The only way to contact support is through e-mail and company does not respond immediately.
