This is regarding ticket # 3260061. I received an email from Frank Wilson saying I was credited 95 stars on 1/13 but I NEVER got 95 stars. I am STILL waiting for the credit. Something is wrong with your records because I am currently still playing stardom a list n have not used 95 stars from jan 13th until now. I only used a couple of stars since then from the bank of stars earned playing the game.
It is false advertising to offer stars, be eligible for the offer, and then never receive what you paid for. If this was the case I could've just bought 50 stars outright for 4.99.instead I took an offer that has taken way too long to pay out. Now its a slap in the face to be told I've been paid out for something I never received. Such poor customer service.
I am requesting what I paid for, which a credit of 95 stars.
