I paid 2.99 for the tapjoy offer to buy a pc game at a reduced price.in return, I was "supposed to" be awarded 95 stars. I contacted Tapjoy on 1/13. The rep Dilish S. Responds, apologizing, explaining they needed my receipt for purchase of the game. I then sent the receipt but never got a response.
Today, a week later, I email them to see where my currency is and a rep Frank W, says I was awarded the stars on 1/13. This is not correct!!! I never got 95 stars. I am STILL waiting for the credit. Something is wrong with their records because I am currently still playing stardom a list n have not used 95 stars from jan 13th until now. I only used a couple of stars since then from the bank of stars earned playing the game.
It is false advertising to offer stars, be eligible for the offer, and then never receive what you paid for. If this was the case I could've just bought 50 stars outright for 4.99.instead I took an offer that has taken way too long to pay out. Now its a slap in the face to be told I've been paid out for something I never received. Such poor customer service.
I sent this exact message back and NO ONE has responded! HORRIBLE.
