First this company was a partner site through ticketmaster, which is a shock to me. I've through ticketmaster a dozen time without issue. Metro entertainment are no more than ticket scalpers. I paid nearly 500 dollars for tickets that only cast 27.50 per ticket, I bought three. No refund policy at all. Avoid at all costs.
