This guy has been parading around nyc taking payments from promoters promising that he can break unsiged artist into the industry. Unsigned artist paying promoters to get next to this guy for a lifetime opportunity and all hes doing is getting a payday and making empty promises. After getting an annoymous tip that hes not with the label anymore. I called the Sony Entertainment Office at (212) 833-8000 opetion 6 or music division. Asking for Vladimir Heffner. The Operator In The Music Divison stated there is no such person that works there. How can you portray yourself as a Record Label Executive with now office in the building and or no extention. He's a liar and a con artist and must be stopped.
