Heavy Green Entertainment LLC, is a Fraudulent Record label based out of Nassau County, New York. They have 2 artists, one of which they do not own the rights for given the fact that the artist has 2 other valid contracts out. They have produced fraudulent Birth Certificates and have lied to numerous Music Executives about everything under the sun. One of the Founders Charles Perez has a lean on his property from the IRS for failure to produce proper filings and pay taxes. He is also red flagged by the IRS for money laundering. I would not suggest dealing with this group of individuals.
Numerous settlement offers were made to drop one of the 2 contracts which are considered valid until the termination clause is met. To this date the principle investment for the artist has not been repaid and Heavy Green Entertainment LLC insists on Pitching the artist to major labels which are contacting the Owners of the artist's rights. A poorly written cease and desist was emailed to the owners of the Artist's rights because of a failed attempt at signing the artist due to the fact that fraudulent business will not be tolerated by any of the executives at any record label period. I strongly suggest not doing business with these people.
