Make sure you are okay with being moved (not getting the tickets you ordered). We are attending the concert with my young daughter and her friends so we placed a separate order a few rows back. We were moved to the opposite corner of the stadium. Customer service did absolutely nothing to help claiming there was a "bar code" issue with original tickets. My wife if furious as her friends' parents were depending on us to watch over their kids. I am a pretty patient person: however, when they showed no willingness to assist with closer seats it really turned me off. I will never use them again.
