I ordered a sweater from Gilt Group. They sent me a Jacket that I never ordered. I emailed them to say they sent me something I did not order; they also charged my credit card for sending me the jacket I never ordered. They wrote "send it back." I had to travel; and when I returned, I tried to download their *return-it* UPS ticket. I emailed to ask for help. They wrote that I took more than 21 days to return the lump of coal that I never ordered, so the lump of coal was mine. That's mail fraud.
