We purchased tickets for the Motley Crue/Poison Concert. The pop up advertisement that they pay big money for advertised that they are a cheap way to buy concert tickets. Not true at all!
I read the terms and policies, I agreed to the pricing however I beleived their advertisement which is why I chose to buy them. I should have done my due diligence because with fees and inflated pricing I paid $407 for 6 tickets. I could have bought the same exact tickets thru a different venue for $199.
Not being a regular concert goer, I did not realize the scams that are out there. The following day after purchasing the tickets I called to cancel my order, they would not allow me to do so and told me that they sold my order to another company. Customer service was rude, abrupt and emphatically asked if I read the policies before making my purchase.
After doing further research I found numerous complaints of them doing the same to many others like myself.
