This vendor is terrible! I discovered I paid two-times the actual price of the tickets and did not get my tickets until 4 hours before the concert! I emailed and called the vendor several times within the two weeks before the concert and was ignored and hung-up on.
Some research suggests that this company buys tickets and resells them for as much profit as they can. Then they RESELL tickets that have already been sold! Tickets essentially go to the highest payer. If you've been out-bid they claim an error in your purchase, apologize, and return your money. Apparently I was the highest bidder and was able to attend my concert, but not after they tried reselling my tickets up to 4 hours before the concert!
I don't know how they get away with this! They need to be shut down!
