The agreement between In Demand Talent and HK Entertainment Limited

Dear Evan Michaels and In Demand Talent,

Please find attached relevenat documents and emails pertaining to the agreement between In Demand Talent and HK Entertainment Limited on the 3rd of September for the artist deposit required to book artist Radiohead to play a gig in Hong Kong.

According to the Talent Broker Engagement Memorandum, the 69,000 USD sent to In Demand Talent is the artist deposit and NOT the Talent Broker Engagement Fee, since there was no date availability/confirmation from the artist.

Therefore we expect to receive the 69,000 USD artist deposit back.

We have been emailing/telephoning/faxing however have received no response yet.

If you do not comply with our request, you will leave us no other option but to reclaim what we are entitled to through legal action.
