I tried to purchase 5 theme park tickets for Wild Waters online, on 5/26. After I put in the necessary information, and clicked the purchased button, it told me that it was unable to process the transaction. I then left the website, and checked my bank balance online to make sure that the funds were infact available in my account. I saw then that, Wild Waters had tried to process the transaction TWICE! Both times with it being in a pending status...
I then figured that it was just in pending status and left it alone for a day waiting to see if it would roll off. I called Wild Waters, and was told by Pamela Hitchcocks (Sales Manager) that the pending charges will roll off after 48 hours. I waited the allotted time, and checked again. Still pending...
And remember we are talking about $497.40 in pending charges.
Two days later when it STILL had not rolled out of pending status, i called again, and was directed by Pam Hitchcocks to speak with Tammy in the Accouting and Finance department.
