Imre Baross, Consumer Be Aware of this company "No refund" policy

I purchased 5 tickets to see the Pirate's Dinner Adventure in Orlando on April 21 for the June 28th show at 7:30 P.M. After reading all the reviews from the 2011 shows, I decided to cancel my reservations and I contacted them the following day to request a refund. Because they declined my petition, I called the Better Business Bureau in Orlando, Florida. I am case #90067322 and you can find all the correspondence I have with the Pirate's Dinner Adventure through the BBB.

This company need to seriously take a look at their ratings and close their business until they can take care of their entertainment and improve the food they serve during the show, the story line they present, the condition of the building, and to publish how much money they try to pull out from the people attending the show. This is all I have learned by reading people's reviews.

The vice president of this company has the policy to say " if we did not meet the level of service we claim— don't hesitate to voice your concern on that night after the show to me personally." He is not going to refund my money after I watch the show.

I am flying to Orlando for a family vacation on June 25, and I want to resolve this issue as soon as posible. I want a full refund of $281.96.
