Purchased VIP Passes for a special event to be able to hang out with the Saw stars for a VIP party that had 200 people crowded in a very small room with no chairs and a cash bar and chips and dip to munch on. The stars arrived late and you could see that some of the stars were very uncomfortable in that small space. The management was told that we were very happy and we were told that well, you are guaranteed a commentary with the stars to the original movie Saw.
We responded saying that the room was huge and that just about anyone who wanted to see the movie would be able to see it, and he just glared at us like we were crazy. Next was the commentary and that only lasted 10 minutes, the movie played on after they left and so did most of the audience. We saw a glimpse of the Saw stars the next night at another party and they were rushed out of there by Raybin after maybe 5 minutes. The stars looked confused as to why they were being rushed out. I saw the stars off and on during the weekend and you could tell that they were tired and felt like they were being pushed around. Even heard one of the stars complain about it.
Word of caution, before booking an even with Raybin Management, google complaints about them and beware. They even sell merchandise on eBay that they say is one of a kind, and when the auction ends, another exact item is up for sell, with the same description.
From what I've seen, Raybin is just a company out for themselves and they don't care about anyone else. I sent a compliant email two days ago, and have had no response and I don't think I will, since they only reply to the good emails sent to them.
