Purchased some tickets for an event coming up and when I clicked on the month I was interested in and purchased the tickets that seemed pretty cheap compared to other sites, I was amazed.
The problem came when I print my receipt and noticed that the tickets that I had actually bought was for June and not July! I immediately called customer service at 888-546-8339 and waisted 30 minutes of cellphone minutes, patience, and time after I explained that there IS a glitch in there website; they immediately dismissed me and accused me of selecting the wrong date. They told me that I would have to call the seller since they are kinda like a mediator between Seller & Buyer.
Now I am left with having to report this incident with my bank and wait for my refund. I will never buy through ticketsmore.com and urge others to beware of such website.
