I ordered tickets through their website for a local event
with particular dates and even picked the show time. When I looked at the
receipt, they had different dates that the one I chose on their web ordering
tool. I immediately called them and was met with a very smug attitude that referred
me to their terms and offered no help to correct the issue. At one point when I
suggested they did this on purpose... She laughed at me and told me that was ridiculous... Seemed
obvious that she has had this same discussion with other customers.
This has to be a scam to fill up slow nights at events. I'm
not so naive to think that it's a glitch in some system.
