I purchased tickets through their website http://www.ticketsmore.com for a particular even on a specific date and time. When I looked at the receipt, it was for a different date, entirely. I immediately called them and they would not assist me and just referred me to the Terms Of Service. Now I'm stuck with tickets I cannot use.
