Our local store has closed and we have an issue with a bill that was sent to collections an I have documentation from my bank showing that it was paid. The collection agency is being a real pain. They wont send me a list of transactions that lead up to this point without written request and even after that they told me that they have 45 days to review this matter! What?! This is my credit that they are destroying... Can you please have someone contact me via email: [email protected] and help me resolve this. The collections office said that I owe 127.97 as of 3-9-09 and part (MOST) of that is collection fees of $75. I have bank documentation that shows me paying Hollywood Viedo on 3-28-09 $44.42 and 3-28-09 $8.55 My account # is 16823HA0870. Please Please Do NOT allow this to wait any longer.
