HOLLYWOOD VIDEO Received a bill for $56.64 claiming that this amount was owed to Hollywood Video which was incorrect. I paid my bill on July 03 and closed the account with Hollywood Viideo the same day. There

Received a bill for charges which I did owe. These charges were from Hollywood Video which is NO longer in business for $56.64 a few weeks ago. After research, I find that this said amount was paid-in-full on July 03 and the account was closed out the very same day. What a Rip-Off. I tried to contact the collection agency several times, and would always get a recorded message, no person from the collection agency returned my calls nor did they reply to any email messages. I truly believe this is a scam.
