Stacks of items on table... including several versions of Guitar Hero including guitar; for Wii, Xbox, etc...

Sign on table "Merchandise 30% off"

I select Guitar Hero World Tour complete Guitar game for Wii... Take to employee "Sandy" at counter.

Sandy says item does not scan on computer or on discount list... He will call New Hyde Park store to check price... He calls someone on phone... I hear him say and confirm "So Guitar Hero is not on sale, it is full price? OK"

Sandy tells me that the item is not on sale, it is full price, not even the minimum 10% discount, indicated on the sign on the door. He takes my credit card and charges it... I sign (marking the slip as under protest of price) and I take my purchase home.
