NA taking money out of checking account for membership which I didn't apply for, FL

Was being charged for a membership I did not enroll in although the woman said there was a statement that if not wanting to become member I could cancel at anytime. I have not seen that statement of membership. I have now cancelled membership fees to BBVM but I did not enroll in it nor see an ad for membership. They are a subversive ripoff.
