I ordered 3 Disney DVD's for Christmas for my granddaughters. When 3 weeks came and went, I tried to contact the company to find out what was taking so long.
I never received a response from the numerous emails, and discovered that there were no tracking numbers for my order. My account, however, had been debited the amount of the DVD's.
Unfortunately, this may hurt other Google accounts, unless companies are checked out better. I have to wait to purchase these DVD's until I have the extra money. I would like to know what they have to say to my granddaughters aged 5 and 7? Hopefully, someone has also contacted the Better Business Bureau about these crooks!
