Cannot reach this company to cancel a so call subscribtion being charged monthly 11.99 for something that was suppose to be a trial and now i cannot reach them to stop it

I cannot reach this company to stop a trial subscription and have been charged 11.99 for months, this is a rip off. Can anyone advise how to stop this or how to reach them.
