Rip off on Music and not being able to cancel

Purchased an mp3player from QVC. These registered via the web to obtain the free tunes. Was said to be ready to stop after my test period. But to no avail. I attempted to stop via mail and were left with another extra cost. There's no means they allow you to stop.

Cannot somebody reach these folks and prevent this rip-off.
