They have not completely paid my withdrawals and ignore my emails

Hi, On December 4th I acquired a Royal Flush. After I created a withdrawal they assured me by mail that I'll be compensated $2000 each week, but around this second, They've not totally compensated my distributions and dismiss my emails within the last month or two to get a standing of my last $2832 cost.
