Mr. Justin P. Egley DBA Justin Paul Productions of 929 Deer Lane, Rochester, PA has knowingly and willfully withheld and has not delivered the finished video DVDs of Kristen and Jason Knerrs wedding ceremony and reception held on September 27. He was hired at the fee of $1,350.00 to deliver 3 DVDs of the entire ceremony and reception within 6 months at the most. It is now a year and half after the event with no finished product. I have contacted numerous times via phone calls and emails requesting the videos. He keeps promising to send them out, including a bogus UPS tracking number but never sends it out. He continues to deceive and lie to me and never follows thru with his promises. I have also been in contact with another girl that he has done the same thing to.
