I've spoken with only Donald (Nicholas) Bates, who in my opinion may be the operator. I put my purchase with Jesse within the telephone on November 18th and was guaranteed my item (pop program) might appear by Christmas Eve. Our charge card was billed on Dec. 23. I still don't have my pop program, nowadays is Feb 1.
