I requested a bundle from Newport News on 6/24/08. Newport News stated the bundle was delivered on 6/26/08 having a 5-7 day ETA. Must have been here 7/3/08 in the newest. After I examined the following number about the advantages site it stated IN-TRANSIT. After I named the following range to their 800 point, the automatic program stated the bundle was onto itis method to me. After I talked having a UPS customer support repetition, she stated the bundle wasn't likely to be shipped until 7/9/08. This could be much more than 14 days since I have initially put the purchase at Newport News. She continued to express the 6/26 delivery day that Newport Media had documented was actually just the payment day and also the bundle hadn't been obtained by UPS until 6/30. Today, why On The Planet might they statement for that delivery before actually getting the bundle. It appears tome that somebody allow the bundle stay round the advantages factory before it had been packed onto the vehicle.
After I talked with Newport News, they assured me the bundle have been delivered on 6/26 and really should have appeared no later than 7/3/08. I've never had any issues with Newport News and am more willing to think them compared to poor CSRs at advantages. After I questioned about an ETA after hypothetically talking to the shipper and improving the delivery procedure, she said I've to request the shipper. After I questioned imagine if I improved to overnight delivery, would you have it in my experience overnight. She said I'd NEVERTHELESS need to request Newport News. The way the heck are they likely to understand the ETA when actually the provider themselves might or wouldn't provide me that data.
