If you like waiting on the phone for over an hour for customer service, then stub hub is for you. Good thing I'm a teacher with time on my hands, or I would have had to quit my day job to get solutions from customer service. They will not do any refunds over the phone, you have to email over and over again until they finally respond 3-5 days. They royally screwed up my order, and I will NEVER use them! Use ticket master instead and pay half the price with NO problems!
