Playing h/l / omaha and had the low hand 2 times while playing I checked the hands in my history 4 times to make sure. It was true the software did not credit the win. I tried to email them no response, no phone number to call, only phone number is to cancel their service, no one to actually speak to about this. This site states that it is a sweepstake site and so it maybe in the eyes of the law but it only plays poker. You can sign up for free and costs nothing to play you can win money but the key is that they always seem to have there software setup for traps. They say there is no favoritism yet day after day only certain players win or get to the highest levels in the tourney's. I could say my problem is bad luck but I have played alot of poker and nobody has this bad of luck. I did not paid to play just wanted to see if it was true. I did win money and got paid no problem there but after experienceing this problem and other notable flaws, this site will frustrate you without doubt and i'm trying to save people the aggrevation. Especially the flaws in the software, for some maybe the money is not an issue yet the site has no interigrity in my eyes. Just trying to be helpful and give people a warning before they experience the same issues as I have.
