Stay away from Bodog
First, they say their cashout is within 48 hours
It's actually 7 days! Before they process
They say customer service will respond in 15 minutes... It's actually Never!
My patience came to an end when they did this to me:
I played a 50 dollar multi table tourney with rebuys
I only had 70 bucks in it
So, after I started playing, i deposited another 100 bucks into the account
I went all in
And lost
But when I wanted to rebuy, the money I had deposited wasn't there!
So i was kicked off the oturney
I called their tech support and they said that it takes up to 30 minutes for the money to be in the poker account???
The odd part is that I have tested this and it's actually immediate!
If you log out and log back in the money appears right away
It's because of their poor software design that the poker room doesn't update automatically!
They had no solution
actually the rep said, tough luck man
Tough luck?
Why should I pay for their poor software design?
I asked for my tourney money back becuase obviousely it's not my fault that their poor software design doesn't update and they said no although none of these issues were disclosed to me before i signed up
They should disclose that, our software stinks and your playing at your own risk with no support
What a scam
Now it's gonna take me a week to get my money back out
Bodog, is for suckers only
I guess I'm a sucker for playing there
