Tried to get tickets for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra.By accident submitted the 3:00pm show instead of the 8:00pm. As soon as it was submitted I called to see if they can switch it. The tickets did not get emailed until 2:57pm for a 3:00pm show. He would not switch it or take a refund.
To top it all off this guy was the rudest person I ever dealt with as far as customer service. He was rude and cursed at me which got me real mad. He said it happens all the time. If I had a business like this to save from complaints before I was dumb enough to process it because of the time, I would call the person to verify it was not a human mistake. But this guy is looking for cash only and does not care about the customer. This is a chop shop; the dude was a jerk avoid this company!
I understand that there are refund polices but this guy has no clue how to talk to people with out getting them upset I lost $60 and Prime Time Ticket could care less!!!
