I was contacted by "A Solid Gold Sound" in regards to my local Craig's List Posting for "mobile DJ For Hire". I was told that their DJ was scheduled to perform at a wedding reception 3 days from the date of the call (7/152009) I originally turned then down but changed my mind because the reception was at a venue that had have good experiences with. The reception was for 5 hours but there was no mention of a ceremony (which there was) but I was able to handle. The bride was very happy and guests commented and told me what a great job i did. I waited for over a month and a half to get paid and it wasn't until I threatened NOT to perform at the 2nd reception (9/12) that I did finally get paid for that event (the day before the 9/12 reception). I was contacted numerous times by "A Solid Gold Sound" via e-mail to make sure I'd been in contact with the customer and that everything was "all set" to which i replied "yes".
