1. I'm a person of Dish TV and used one.
2. Until you program works, its excellent but any remarkable requriement/demand is just a pain. E. G buying MOD
3. You specialized support is "Terrible", "Slow " in most feeling.
4. You customer service group, has just pre-recommended claims to response to client as well as sometime have no idea how to speak.
