I received a movie ticket this company issued to one of their sponsors redeemable for a free movie viewing at participating theaters. The value was up to $12.00. When I attempted to use the coupon the theater informed me the "code" was invalid and thus they would not honor it. I contacted the company, TPG, immediately and was questioned about if the theater attendant entered it properly (like I had any control over that). I simply wanted a replacement or a check for the $12 value of the coupon. After repeated assurances that this would be taken care of by a Candice Brooks (VP of Operations), it is almost 100 days later and I still have yet to receive my replacement coupon or check!
Without a doubt a very poor customner service experience!!
