Ticketmaster
Ripoff the aerosmith concert that was canceld on 9-11 we never got our refund all we got was the runaround. We got no refund for 2 tickets

We bought two tickets to the aerosmith concert on 9-11 that was canceld. We tryed to get a refund and after several call they said it was refunded back to the bank card that they were bought on. We went to the bank and they did a complete search for the refunded money that ticket master said they sent but the bank said they have no record of the transaction for the refund. We called ticketmaster back and they said that the bank was wrong and that they had the money but ticketmaster can not prove that the refund went to the bank and to the right account.inturn i would advise you that no one buy ticket from ticketmaster or go to the virginia beach ampitheater. We have been waiting for ticketmaster to honor there part of the contract that they set ever since 9-12 Marty hampton, Virginia
