We bought two tickets to the Aerosmith concert on 9-11, which was canceled. We tried to get a refund, and after several calls Ticketmaster said it had been refunded to the bank card the tickets were bought on.
We went to the bank, and they did a complete search for the refunded money that Ticketmaster said it sent. The bank said it had no record of the transaction for the refund. We called Ticketmaster back, and they said that the bank was wrong and that they had the money, but Ticketmaster cannot prove that the refund went to the bank and to the right account.
In turn, I would advise that no one buy tickets from Ticketmaster or go to the Virginia Beach Amphitheater. We have been waiting for Ticketmaster to honor its part of the contract ever since 9-12.
