False accusations by Warehouse

I paid to join the warehouse to buy advance tickets. Tickets never received. I got reprinted tickets at the venue-hey someone sitting in my seats! Box office validated my tickets. The other folks move over to let me sit in my seats.
Next day-the warehouse says I was scalping my seats and cancels my membership.!!!??? Uh no, someone stole my original seats and scalped those...
If I was scalping, would I go to the box office?
They are extremely unresponsive to any complaints about their actions-they "know they are right."

Whatever... Too bad, I like Dave Matthews, but the anger and irritation with the warehouse is just not worth it...
