I do not know how they can just charge your account with something I did not ordered. There is not a single phone # to call and find out what the hell this is. I called Best Buy and of course they do not do anything to help you cancel what ever they apperently authorized to charge. I call my bank and cancel the transaction, but of course you have to go thru so much red tape and chargers. What else can we as consumers do other than file a claim.
