I requested the 4.95 trial offer only. They were not authorized to take the 99.95 from my bank account. This cause checks to bounce. The phone number is always giving you a recording. I have held on for hours at a time. How can you cancel if you can't get thru. Also, the tape says they are open Monday thru Friday. On the website it states Monday thru Saturday
This company rip me off. There is no way you can contact them. The tape message goes on and on. I have been on hold for hours. I only authorized the 4.95 charge not the 99.61 charge. At this time I am not able to get thru to cancel the order. I want a refund of the 99.61 now.
