My problem is getting a credit balance refunded.
Request 4 weeks ago for a refund, still pending, still unrefunded.
Customer service doesnt respond to online request. If you call up customer service they dont answer phone and routes the calls
For "normal" requests and "withdrawal issues"
So im sure im not the only one with issues.
Furthermore, the site has a sale in progress where buyers will not have to pay a commision until 4/15. Why is that? Are they trying to raise cash before a chapter 11 filing? Screwing not only their older customers, but new ones as well?
Based, on prior customer ripoff report, not coming thru on superbowl tickets is a major faux paux.
This is a scam, imho worst case, Best case the company has money problems and not refunding money
