I used Ticket Reserve AKA First Dibz several times in 2008 successfully and they actually have a great concept that was working well.in April I purchased futures for 2 tickets to the San Diego Charges to the Super Bowl with could be listed to sell at any time at a price of my choosing. First Dibz took my money and then did not allow me to sell my tickets or further transact. I tired for a few weeks to contact them and to process other transaction with no success. Eventually after many tries, I got a response by email:

FirstDIBZ is currently undergoing a significant reorganization based on the changing economy and our recent recapitalization.in the near future, we anticipate making a series of announcements that will herald in a new era at FirstDIBZ and a series of new strategic partnerships. During this period of reorganization, the FirstDIBZ website will not be able to transact business with third party service providers (e.G. Credit card companies or pay services). It will continue to announce and host new markets, but transactions in those markets will not begin (again) until later this summer. Please bear with us as we ready the new FirstDIBZ. After several months with no progress and the football season starting (where my future's value will fluctuate weekly), I contacted them again and received the following response:
