I bought Super Bowl "dibz" from this company, which they claimed would entitle me to Sideline Super Bowl seats if the Cardinals made the game. The Cardinals made the Super Bowl, and Firstdibz said they were scammed by someone else, so they only refunded my money. They claimed it was a one time scam! In the mean time, they took all the money for the teams that did not make it.
They signed an agreement to refund the money within 14 days, and now 30 days later they send an email stating they need to refinance, so they are holding my money for 45 more days.
Here is the kicker. They sent another email stating my Final Four "dibz" for the upcoming Final Four were also a scam. So now, when the two teams I have, North Carolina and Pitt are rated 1st and second, First Dibz refunds my original money (which they are holding for at least 45 days), saying they were scammed on Final Four dibz also. My experience is the company takes your money when the team does not make it, and claims they were scammed when they are supposed to supply tickets!
